Saba is a hardworking mother from a poor family who is facing very difficult times. Her husband is unwell and cannot work. To keep her household running, Saba works in people’s homes doing cleaning and other chores. Her young daughters also help by doing embroidery on clothes to earn a little income.

Alhamdulillah, one of her daughters is now getting married. The nikah is planned for May 4th, but Saba is in deep worry. She does not have the means to arrange even the most basic expenses for the nikah—like simple clothes, food, or basic household items for her daughter to begin her married life.

Saba only wants to conduct the nikah in a simple way, according to the Sunnah. But even this is beyond her reach right now.

She is reaching out to the Ummah with a mother’s heart full of love and worry—asking for your help. Your small contribution can bring peace to a struggling family and joy to a young bride on her special day.
