Ramzan, the Blessed Month, is upon us, Alhamdulillah! It's a month when each good deed of a Momin multiply 70 times, SubhanAllah!
Besides Fasting, Salah & Recitation of Holy Qur'an, we also need to help those in our community who are not able to celebrate because of poverty and hunger. In the same way that we are able to partake in this holy month and break our fasts with family and friends, we should help in providing meals to those who cannot afford to provide for themselves.
Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) has started a special Cause for feeding the Poor & Hungry, in this Holy month of Ramzan so they are also able to enjoy the blessings. Your donations will go directly to providing Ramzan Ration Kits to those in need including the elderly, the homeless, and those who are affected by poverty.
Allah SWT has blessed us with the special tool of Zakat so we could purify our Wealth and with it help the poor and the underprivileged. Any donations, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated. We are One Ummah and it is our responsibility to help those less fortunate than us. By giving back, we can all bring hope and joy to those in need and make a real difference in their lives.
