My name is Sameer, and I humbly come before you with a heavy heart. I belong to a Below Poverty Line family, working as a farmer to provide for my elderly parents and my wife. I am the only earning member in my family, and we live in a small rented house, struggling to meet our daily needs.

For the past two years, I have been suffering from severe kidney problems and undergoing regular dialysis. Despite all efforts, my health condition has worsened, and now the doctors have advised a kidney transplant as the only way to save my life.

The cost of the surgery is far beyond anything I can ever arrange. As a simple farmer, my income is barely enough to cover our basic needs, let alone the unimaginable expenses of a transplant. Without this surgery, my life is at serious risk.

I turn to you, my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, with hope in my heart. Your kind donations and duas can help me get this life-saving treatment and continue fulfilling my responsibilities towards my family.
