This appeal is for Ms. Madiha Fatema, an 8-year-old girl from Yavatmal, Maharashtra, daughter of Abdul Kaleem (CMC Hospital No. AD58649).

Madiha has been diagnosed with Congenital Dyserythropoietic Anemia (CDA) – a rare inherited blood disorder. Doctors at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, have advised that the only curative treatment for her is an Allogeneic Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant (PBSCT).

Alhamdulillah, her brother is an HLA-identical match and can serve as her donor. However, the estimated cost of this life-saving transplant is ₹16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakhs), and it may rise further in case of complications.

Her family comes from very humble means and cannot afford such a huge amount. They are appealing to kind-hearted people to come forward and support this innocent child’s treatment.
