Riyan khan & Farhan Khan, two young orphan brothers, are battling a painful and life-altering disease called Lymphatic Filariasis (Elephantiasis). This condition causes severe swelling and discomfort, making it difficult for them to live a normal childhood.

Both of their parents have passed away, leaving them under the care of their uncle, who works as a tailor in a small garments factory. Despite his hard work and sincerity, his meagre income is barely enough to cover daily living expenses, let alone the costly medical treatment these children urgently need.

Under the supervision of Dr. Abid Inamdar at Reviva Euphoria Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, a specialized and hopeful treatment plan has begun. The total cost for their treatment is estimated at ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs) an amount far beyond what their struggling uncle can afford.
