My name is Fathima M, and I am a single mother of five daughters. Thirty years ago, my husband, Mr. Malik Basha, abandoned our family and walked away, leaving me alone to raise and protect my children. With no support, I took on the responsibility of bringing up my daughters single-handedly and, by the mercy of Allah, today all of them are married and living separately.

For my survival, I continue to work as a domestic maid, earning a very small and uncertain income. Despite my hard work, meeting even the most basic necessities has become increasingly difficult, and many days are a struggle to get through.

I have always believed in earning with dignity. With this intention, I previously started a small clothing business, which helped me support myself. Unfortunately, I had to stop the business while taking care of my daughter during her delivery, and I no longer had the savings or capital to restart it.

Today, I sincerely wish to restart a small home-based clothing business so that I can become self-reliant again and meet my daily needs without dependence. This small support will help me stand on my own feet and live with dignity in my old age.

I humbly request Zakat and Sadaqah from the kind-hearted Muslim community through India Zakat, so I may rebuild my livelihood and secure my basic needs.
