My name is Abdul Majid, a father of two small children and the sole earning member of my family. Until recently, I was managing life despite having low vision. However, within just two months, my condition worsened drastically, and I have now lost almost all of my eyesight.

I am currently undergoing treatment at Sankara Nethralaya Hospital, Chennai (Tamil Nadu). Last month, I underwent two major eye surgeries in the hope of saving my vision. Sadly, my struggle is not over yet. The doctors have now advised additional urgent surgical procedures to prevent complete and permanent blindness.

I belong to a very poor family and do not have the financial means to continue this treatment. So far, I have already spent ₹1,50,000, with the help of my brothers. They supported me in every possible way, but they too are now facing severe financial difficulties and can no longer manage the expenses.

The next required surgery costs ₹1,70,000, an amount far beyond my capacity. If this treatment is delayed, I may permanently lose my eyesight, which would leave my family without support and my children without a future.

Today, I humbly turn to my Muslim brothers and sisters for help. Your Zakat, Sadaqah, and donations can become a means to save my eyesight and protect my family from lifelong hardship. Islam teaches us that saving one life is like saving all of humanity, and your support can give me a chance to see my children grow.
