Assalam Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,We humbly present the case of a hardworking First Year college student from India who is going through extremely difficult circumstances.

This student belongs to a financially weak family, yet he is very serious and committed about his education. He understands that education is the only way he can build a better and self-reliant future.

He has already taken admission in First Year, but now he is struggling to arrange his college fees. His mother has passed away, and his father works as a chowkidar (watchman). His father’s income is very limited and only enough to manage basic household expenses. Paying college fees is beyond his capacity.

To reduce the burden on his father, the student also works part-time. He balances work and studies with great effort and determination. Despite his struggles, he does not want to give up on his education. However, today his studies are at serious risk only because of unpaid fees.

In Islam, seeking knowledge and helping others are both noble acts. The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Whoever relieves a believer’s hardship in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment.” — Sahih Muslim
