We humbly share the painful story of Brother Imtiyaz Hussain, a hardworking APE auto driver. He earned a small daily income by driving a rented auto for deliveries. This was the only source of livelihood for his family.

On 24 January 2026, while transporting a washing machine on a dark highway, his auto met with a terrible accident. A speeding tractor crashed into his vehicle, hitting the driver’s side directly. The impact was severe.

Brother Imtiyaz suffered a serious fracture in his leg (tibia) along with other injuries. He was moved between hospitals due to lack of proper facilities and is now under treatment. Even today, he has to travel long distances every alternate day for dressing, medicines, and medical reviews. There is no ambulance support, and travel itself is painful and costly.

Due to this accident, he cannot work at all. With no income, the family could not even pay house rent and was asked to vacate their rented home.

He is a father of three children, all studying in government schools:

The family is now struggling for basic food, shelter, medical care, and children’s needs. Medical expenses, travel costs, and daily necessities are becoming impossible to manage.
