Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, Dear donors

For the past two years, with the mercy of Allah and your generous support, we have been distributing ration kits to 100 widows, orphans, and truly needy families. These families depend on this support to survive, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.

This year, we aim to extend our help even further. Our goal is to provide ration kits to 150 needy families, In Sha Allah. Each ration kit costs ₹3,868 and contains essential food items to support a family for the month, including Sehri and Iftar meals.

Many of these families include widowed mothers, orphaned children, elderly people who have been abandoned, and disabled individuals who are unable to earn a livelihood. For them, even a single meal is a struggle. Your support can bring relief, dignity, and hope into their lives.

The Prophet ﷺ said: "The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a warrior fighting in the cause of Allah, or like a person who fasts all day and prays all night."

He ﷺ also said: "Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast will have a reward like theirs, without reducing their reward in the slightest."

This Ramadan, you have the opportunity to earn immense rewards by feeding those who are fasting and struggling every day. Your Sadaqah can become a means of comfort for someone who has no one else to rely on.

Unlike Zakat, Sadaqah is voluntary, but its impact is powerful. It not only helps those in need but also brings barakah into your life. As long as you help others, Allah will help you.
