In 2023, Tanweer was diagnosed with cancer on one side of his cheek. After surgery and long treatment, he was declared cured by the end of 2024. His family finally felt relief, and hope returned to their home. But in November 2025, just when he welcomed his newborn child into the world, tragedy struck again. He was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. This time, the disease has spread and requires urgent chemotherapy, radiation, and specialized medical care.

The illness is aggressive. Tanweer is now on complete bed rest and unable to work. He was the sole earner for his family. Today, there is no stable income, but hospital bills, medicines, tests, and household expenses continue to rise. His wife is caring for him and their newborn baby, struggling silently to manage food and daily needs. What should have been the happiest time of their lives has turned into a test of patience and faith.

Tanweer is not only fighting cancer — he is fighting for his children’s future. He wants to live. He wants to recover. He wants to provide for his family again. But he cannot do this alone.
