Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, Dear donors

I am a poor mother of four daughters, and today I am reaching out to the kind-hearted Muslim community with a humble request for help for my little daughter Arfa Shaikh, who is only 6 years old.

My husband works as a welding labourer, earning a small daily wage that barely supports our household expenses. We struggle to manage basic needs like food, rent, and schooling. Unfortunately, a painful accident changed our daughter’s life.

While playing, Arfa suffered a severe burn injury on her leg. The burn was very deep and caused serious damage to her skin and tissues. Since then, our little girl has been living with constant pain and difficulty in walking or standing. She cannot move freely like other children her age, and it breaks our hearts to see her suffer every day.

After medical examination, doctors have advised PLASTIC SURGERY WITH SKIN GRAFTING. In this procedure, healthy skin from her other leg will be used to cover the burned area so that the damaged tissue can heal and her leg function can improve. After surgery, she will also require medicines, dressings, and physiotherapy to help her recover properly.

The estimated cost of the surgery is ₹80,000, and with medicines and post-operative care the total treatment cost will be around ₹1,20,000. For a poor family like ours, this amount is impossible to arrange. We have already exhausted our small savings and have no other support.

As a helpless mother, I humbly request kind-hearted brothers and sisters to please support my daughter’s treatment through Zakat, Sadaqah, or any small donation. Your generosity can help relieve her pain and give her the chance to walk, play, and live like a normal child again.
