Dr. Israr comes from a very humble family background. His father works as a dairy (milk van) driver, earning a modest income that is just enough to support the basic daily needs of the family. Despite their financial limitations, his parents always believed in the power of education and encouraged their son to pursue his dream of becoming a specialist doctor who can serve humanity.

Throughout his medical journey, Dr. Israr has faced many financial struggles, yet he continued to move forward with patience, hard work, and strong faith. His goal is not only to build a successful career but also to serve patients, relieve suffering, and contribute positively to society as a compassionate Orthopaedic surgeon.

To make his dream possible, the family has managed to arrange ₹6,00,000 with the help of assistance from the Karnataka Minority Development Finance Corporation (KMDC). However, there is still a shortfall of ₹2,00,000 required to secure and continue his MS Orthopaedics seat.
