Doctors at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, have advised that the best chance to save his life is through an allogeneic Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant (PBSCT). Alhamdulillah, his own brother has been found to be a fully HLA-matched donor, making this life-saving transplant possible.

However, the estimated cost of the transplant is ₹16,00,000, an amount that is completely beyond the family's financial capacity. The treatment cost may increase further if any unforeseen medical complications arise.

Every passing day is critical. Without timely treatment, Affan's health remains at serious risk. His parents are doing everything they can to save their beloved son, but they cannot fight this battle alone.
