Iqbal Saab, a 62-year-old elderly man from Bellary, Karnataka, is going through one of the most difficult phases of his life 💔

Once able to support himself and his family with dignity, he is now battling severe health complications that have left him physically weak, emotionally distressed, and financially helpless.

Recently, Iqbal Saab was diagnosed with a serious thyroid-related medical condition that requires urgent treatment and surgery 🩺. To make matters even more painful, he has completely lost his eyesight, making him dependent on others even for basic daily activities.

What should have been a peaceful stage of life has instead become a daily struggle filled with pain, uncertainty, and helplessness.

His wife, Saleema Bee, despite her advancing age, continues to work as a domestic helper to support the family. She works tirelessly every day, but her small income is only enough to cover food and basic household expenses. Arranging funds for costly medical treatment is simply beyond her capacity.

Today, Saleema Bee watches her husband suffer every day, unable to afford the treatment that could ease his pain and improve his quality of life. As a wife, seeing her life partner struggle without help has become a heartbreaking test of patience and faith 💔
